Reviews and Testimonials

great service thank you Darlene for hooking me up ? ? ??

Gina is a fabulous manager of this storage facility. She was very helpful over the phone by answering all of my questions. I haven’t used a storage unit in almost 20 years, so I was a little nervous. PS If you forget your padlock or other things that go along with moving, they sell them at the front desk. I moved some of my items in today and her son Michael was extremely helpful.

Love the awesome customer service

Great location and storage place

Anjanette provides exceptional service. I have 2 units at this location. One for a vehicle and another for surplus furniture. Anjanette has come to my rescue a couple of times when I needed to change reservations last minute.

I've had a good experience with Aliso Viejo Storage. What I really appreciate is the easy access – it makes getting in and out with your stuff really simple and quick.

Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. Very pleased with the service at Stor-it Aliso Viejo

All my time with here with Public Storage has been nothing short of amazing would recommend this for your storage needs.

Excellent!

Vee was amazing! So friendly and helpful!

I needed a storage unit for my business, Jonathon helped get me all set up! The storage place is easy get to and very clean. Jonathon was great and walked me through the whole process! 5 stars!!

I love the people who work here. They are always so responsive and very family-like in their interactions. Mayette has worked there for so long and she has always been so professional and kind. I remember when I was looking for a storage facility. I interacted with many other facilities in the area but I immediately could feel and tell that this is a facility that cares. I ended up choosing Aliso Viejo Self Storage and do not regret my decision. Not only was Mayette super great but so is KrisAnn (not sure if im spelling their names right). I know that they have very little openings but I can see why, it's because they treat their customers well and are very endearing to all. I no longer needed a storage unit and had to close mine but it was actually very sad to leave. It felt like I was leaving a family. Hoping that they all take care. Thank you to the team for all these years!! -Elaine

I’ve been a customer here for a few years now and have have nothing but a great experience with the staff and facility. Safe location to store your belongings or wares.

I’ve been a customer since 2018 and I’ve never experienced any issues as a client for 5 years. The storage and the whole storage facility has been cleaned every time I’d swing by. Mayette and Krisann are the wonderful employees and have brought excellent customer service to me since Day 1.

This is the most wonderful storage facility I could ever imagine. The units are always freshly painted and immaculately clean. Mayette and Gigi couldn’t be more kind or accommodating. I feel completely safe here and I feel as though my belongings are completely safe, as well.

Everyone is always so friendly. The place is very clean and in an excellent location--very safe!

Perfect place to store your belonging! I chose this place initially because it was close to the Fire Department and I thought that would be good in case of any issues at the facility. Luckily that was never was a concern! I had my belongings stored for over two years here and can honestly say it is very well maintained, clean, has a helpful friendly staff and is very secure. Would return if needed and can highly recommend.

This storage location is the best out there! When I lost my key to my lock the staff here referred me to a locksmith who met me immediately and was probably half the price of a locksmith I would have called. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful, and my storage unit was clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs, they are the best!

This is hands down the cleanest best storage facility in South Orange County. Also, they have the best customer service on the planet. Support your local ma and paw shops and forget about the large corporations.

Always clean friendly. Bathroom to use while there

I have found the perfect place for my storage needs. Gigi and Miate are the best. Krissan could not be anymore helpful. This place is clean and has great security system. I checked other places out and this Storage business is by far the most friendly and professional. If it seems that this review is a little overkill....it's not. I needed a place to keep my important property..a clean and safe unit and not be owned by a walk. Job. It's not so easy. Place is great!!!

Awesome staff!! Excellent facility, best in Orange County ? Highly recommend.

Great, clean and safe place to store your valuables!

It’s a very clean facility, prices are reasonable and they always listen to your needs, and want to make it right.

The storage facility is perhaps the best I've ever seen. It's super clean, well organized and the attending staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and friendly staff and great location with excellent rates. Best place to keep your personal belongings. Very helpful!!

This storage facility from the outside to the main lobby/office and to the storage itself are always neat and clean everytime I go and visit. 5 stars as always.

My husband & I have been doing business with Aliso Viejo Storage for over 20 years. Their facility is clean & very secure & the rates are reasonable. The owners, Rhett & Gigi are wonderful people, as is their staff (Mia + 1 other). They are kind, caring & accommodating. I highly recommend this facility.

An amazing storage facility ! They are safe/ secure and always helpful

I like this facility and I have multiple units there in different sizes. It's clean and their staff are cooperative. The units have a timer bulb light which I usually didn't find this feature in other self storages. I use their dumpster to trash the empty boxes with no cost! I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great service. Great location. Exceptionally clean. I had a unit for almost 2 years - the team made everything easy start to finish. Highly recommend!

This facility is clean and safe. The managers and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also keep things updated and well-maintained, so the whole place always looks and feels brand new. I had a storage unit here in the past and wouldn't think twice about renting here again.

Great customer service!

Had a great experience renting a storage space here. Gigi, the manager I believe was incredibly helpful when moving in and out of the space. We had to move out a bit early due to Covid conditions and she accommodated us without hesitation. Definitely recommend, very easy process and access to the space! There’s a code to get into the elevator, and into the facilities upstairs so it was secure.

I absolutely love this storage facility. Being a photographer i would stop by daily. The employees are so warm and welcoming.. treat u like family. It is kept so extremely clean. I highly recommend

I love Aliso Viejo Self Storage!! The staff is wonderful as they are always professional and very courteous. I shopped at several other self storage places and none can compare to Aliso Viejo self storage! The storage facility is very clean and I always felt my belongings were safe and I never had to worry. I stayed for 18 months and I have never been happier. I will definitely use Aliso Viejo Storage again if I ever need to store my belongings again! Thanks so very much to everyone at Aliso Viejo Self Storage!

I love my Aliso Viejo self storage unit. I have been here for two years now and I’m very happy with the people that run the place and the people that are employed here. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the unit is terrific, it’s huge and it has a light and no other place has a light inside the unit, so I would highly recommend Aliso Viejo self storage! Thank you, Sherrill Gardner

I've used this storage facility for over 10 years. It is a quiet and clean place. I have never had an issue and am able to rest assured that my items are safe and secure. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff!

Friendly and helpful staff, great service and place. Definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for safe and clean storage place. Thank you!

Aliso Viejo Self Storage has proven to be an excellent facility for my most precious possessions. The storage units are well-designed, clean and has great security. Their location in the city of Aliso Viejo is centrally located to freeways, public services as well as police and fire stations in close proximity. But the most important and best factor of Aliso Viejo Self Storage is their REMARKABLE AND COMPETENT STAFF. They are so knowledgeable and experienced in answering questions, solving any issues I may have and making me feel confident and secure in knowing my special possessions are in Orange County's best storage facility. This is the second time I have stored my belongings at Aliso Viejo Self Storage. I came back because the location is extremely safe, clean and the units are very well kept and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and they are there to help you with what ever you need. Pricing is great especially for what you are getting - excellent storage facility. Great staff and clean property.

Really nice place for storage. Mayette is very kinda.

Clean facility, great staff, and no billing surprises like I've experienced elsewhere.

I love the climate controlled units. Especially when the HEAT is on ! This place is so clean - inside and out. A very well maintained property and the staff is always helpful. Rates are reasonable and hours of operation work for me.

Great place to store the things I don't have room for and very convenient location. Great service as well.

I have been a customer of Aliso Storage shortly after they opened in the early 2000s. I have had several storage units and each time I moved the transition was smooth and the cost always responsible over the years. The owners are very very nice and I have watched their daughter grow into a beautiful woman. The storage costs are very fair with minimal increases and the facility is very clean and safe.

Place is near our home and easy to access. Management is friendly and facility is very well kept

Clean facility, great location, nice people, easy to rent, very safe, well lit and next police station...

I have my most PRECIOUS POSSESSIONS stored in two spaces at Aliso Viejo Self Storage and I've had to access them MANY TIMES over the years. The facility is ALWAYS well maintained and the sercuity is FIRST RATE with cameras everywhere. The Fire Department is less than a block away and the Sheriff's Department is just around the corner. The owners and the people who work there are VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! I have been at this facility since 2007 and have NEVER had any problems which is AMAZING AND TRUE! I consider it an HONOR and a PLEASURE to write this review - They have earned EVERY WORD!

I have been extremely happy with the Aliso Viejo Self Storage facility on Journey. I have have had a unit there for several years. Not only is the location convenient for me, every time I go, the place is always clean and well maintained. If I ever have a reason to go into the office the people there are always very nice and are able to help me with whatever my issue may be. I will continue to keep my space there for as long as I need it. 🙂

FYI! I have been storing all my beautiful possessions here at Aliso Viejo Self Storage for many many years. Renting all different sizes. They are very professional and clean. It has truly beenTHE BEST all around storage center that I have ever utilized. 5 Stars

I had looked at a lot of places to store my work equipment and toys while I was not using them and Aliso Viejo Storage was the cleanest, most secure place I had found. I stop by quite a bit, and more than anything, I have to say the people there are really nice and welcoming. I recommend Aliso Viejo Storage highly.

I have been a client of the AV Storage on 36 Journey for almost 20-months and, despite other facilities offering somewhat cheaper options, I have not regret renting here. The staff is always most cordial, they even call me by name which is welcome, even the corporate office has been most helpful at times of special needs. The facility is always clean. Thank you Aliso Viejo storage for your great service. Peter A

I have used this storage facility for the past 2 years and I have been more than satisfied with how clean, secure and well run it is! The staff have been beyond kind and helpful and I would recommend it to anyone!

Had an awesome experience with Craig today. It all started with the phone call. An hour later Craig and I were cruising the lot looking at storage rooms. My first impression of this location and the professionalism of the employees and the whole operation resulted in a contract. I’m a happy customer!!

Robert was fantastic, was a huge help hope to work with him next time .

I have been with Aliso Viejo Self Storage for several years and have been very pleased with all aspects of this business. My experience with other storage facilities was never as satisfactory. This facility is always clean and secure. The staff is helpfulI, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Aliso Viejo Self Storage to everyone who has storage needs.

Nick was very helpful. He stayed late on a Friday night so I could rent a unit after a poorly handled real estate transaction forced me to store my things at the last minute. Great customer service. I would use this business again if the need arises.

Aliso Viejo Self Storage not only has the best customer service but they also worked with me when I got laid off from job and unfornately made a couple of late payments. I didn't have to fear that my all my personal belongings would be auctioned off or something else since I was proactive with my communication and made my subsequent payments ontime. With that being said, I felt like all my belongs were safe. I am really grateful for their understanding as well as their personable personalities. Thank you!!

Everything you need & want in a storage facility…super-secure, friendly staff, well-maintained and reasonable rates. Extremely happy with my choice and I highly recommend them!

My name is Jim, I have been a customer of Aliso Viejo Self Storage for over 10 Years. The staff is always courteous and Kind, not to mention very helpful. The place is always sparkle Clean, and the fact that the units are alarmed give me the peace of mind I need. I have had other self storage companies over the years and trust me, NOTHING Compares. And, as far as the rental prices go, they are the absolute lowest I have found. Believe me when I say, you will be very happy with Aliso Viejo Storage, I know I am. I proudly give them a 5 STAR Review!

I have been storing my goods with this place for 11 years now. They have the most pleasant staff who go out of their way to assist you. The place is immaculate. It is kept clean. Security system is top notch. It has been a great pleasure doing business with such a professional staff and knowing that my goods are safe. I would highly recommend to store your stuff here.

The people at Aliso Viejo Self Storage are very friendly. The service there is great. The facilities are also in great condition. Nick the person in the front office is friendly. To me this is one of the best places in Aliso Viejo to keep your stuff protected. Blessings. Armando Felix C.

Mayette in the front office always has a smile and the entire staff has been most attentive to my needs. The facility is spotless, secure, and in a great location for any South County resident. Thanks again AVSS! Greg Schwartz

Super nice, friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Excellent RV storage

Been storing our RV here for over a dozen years. Great location and responsive.

I stored my boat here for one year, then was fortunate to get free storage on my parent's property in Fallbrook, so no longer need the service. The staff here were courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and facility was clean - but most importantly convenient for South Orange County. I'll be back if I ever need their services again.

Safe storage

Awesome service and staff!!

excellent..professional...christian
